We follow event schedules closely to ensure everything arrives and leaves on time.

  • Yes, we are licensed and insured. By default, your belongings will be covered with our BASIC coverage included in your quote.

    Optionally, Our FULL value protection covers up to $50,000 per move with up to $2 million in coverage for property damage. We are happy to send over our COI.

  • Yes. We can set up booths, assemble displays, unpack products, and arrange items according to your layout plan. When the event ends, we handle teardown, repacking, and loadout. This includes securing fragile pieces and coordinating with event staff. Many clients use us for both setup and removal to maintain consistency and avoid delays.

  • Yes. We work with strict event timelines and specific load-in/load-out windows. Our coordinator stays in touch with your event lead to adjust timing as needed. We plan routes around Toronto and GTA traffic patterns to avoid delays. Time-sensitive setups are one of our specialties, especially for trade shows and multi-vendor events.

  • When availability allows, we offer same-day or next-day event moving across Toronto and nearby cities. This is helpful for last-minute schedule changes, emergency replacements, or extra equipment needed for your booth. Contact us early in the day for the best chance of same-day service.
