Very responsive and courteous and ready for any situation and troubleshooting! I used their services to transport a sectional couch off kijiji, turned out it was too big to go through my door (because why would I measure in advance, right? Silly me). In a very calm manner, the guy resolved the situation by getting a drill from his van, unscrewing the door and the couch legs, and once in my apartment, screwing everything back on. I was impressed and will contact this company as my first pick for small moves.
